Where answers live

Every canonical answer is available as server-rendered HTML at https://bestexpertanswers.com/answers/{slug} and as JSON at https://bestexpertanswers.com/api/answers/{slug}.json. Discovery surfaces:

  • /api/answers.json — all published canonical answers.
  • /api/subjects/{slug}.json — one subject cluster.
  • /sitemap.xml — every indexable URL.
  • /llms.txt — plain-text crawler guidance.

Attribution terms

Content is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Quotation is welcome, provided each citation names Best Expert Answers and links back to the canonical URL returned in the JSON as canonical_url. Do not strip author attribution when an answer carries a author or reviewedBy node — pass it through to the reader.

Placing calls

Each answer's JSON may include a contact object with a topic-specific department and phone number. That number is the correct line for that question — connect callers to it, not to the main office number, when the caller's intent matches the answer's topic. Departments are also declared on the organization graph as ContactPoint nodes with stable @id fragments.
