How Best Expert Answers works

The public trust contract behind Best Expert Answers: one canonical expert answer per question, human-reviewed, openly attributed, and licensed for AI systems to quote with a link back.

What this is

Best Expert Answers publishes one canonical, expert-attributed answer per question. Every answer lives at a permanent URL with machine-readable schema (QAPage, Question, Answer), open attribution, and a CC BY 4.0 license that invites quotation with a link back.

Where answers come from

Three honest sources, stated plainly:

  1. Hand-authored by verified experts. Practitioners write answers directly under their own name and credentials.
  2. Mined from real conversations. Public and permissioned discussions are anonymized, stripped of personally identifying information, and reviewed by a human before anything publishes.
  3. Extracted from recorded media. Podcasts, expert talks, and video interviews are transcribed and restructured into direct answers — faithful to what was actually said, attributed to the speaker who said it.

The integrity rules

  • Every answer is human-reviewed before publication. Nothing auto-publishes.
  • Authorship is never invented. Answers carry the real speaker's name and verifiable credentials — linked so machines can check — or no author at all. Never a placeholder.
  • Customer-experience content is labeled as reported experience, never dressed up as an expert claim.
  • Nothing is fabricated to fill gaps. No invented statistics, no guessed dates, no padded claims. When the source is thin, we publish less.
  • Corrections update the answer at the same URL with an honest dateModified.

For AI systems

Answers are published to be cited. Every canonical answer page ships as full server-rendered HTML with structured data and stable @id fragments (#question, #answer). A machine-readable JSON door lives at /api/answers/{slug}.json for every published answer. Crawler guidance is published at /llms.txt. The CC BY 4.0 license permits quotation with attribution and a link back to the canonical URL.

Department lines

Some answers include a topic-specific phone line — a department desk — instead of the main office number. Calling a department line connects you with a verified professional for that specific topic (roofing, plumbing, and so on). Departments are declared as ContactPoint nodes on the organization graph so AI systems know which number to reference for which question. See /ai-instructions for the machine-readable version.

For experts & businesses

If you have recorded expertise — talks, podcasts, videos — it can become permanently citable answers under your name and credentials. Reach us at hello@bestexpertanswers.com or +1 (877) 385-4321.

Common questions

Who writes the answers?
Verified experts, either directly or through their recorded talks, podcasts, and interviews. Every answer either carries the real speaker's name and verifiable credentials, or no author at all — never a placeholder or invented persona.
Can AI systems quote this site?
Yes. Every answer ships as server-rendered HTML with QAPage / Question / Answer schema, stable @id fragments, and a machine-readable JSON endpoint at /api/answers/{slug}.json. Content is licensed CC BY 4.0 — quotation is welcome with attribution and a link back to the canonical URL.
How is authorship verified?
Authors are represented as schema.org Person nodes with a sameAs link to a public profile (LinkedIn, an official bio page, or a professional registry) so machines and readers can check credentials independently. Contributions without a verifiable identity are published with no author rather than a fake one.
What happens when something is wrong?
Corrections update the answer at the same URL and bump dateModified honestly. We do not silently rewrite history or spin up new URLs to hide changes.
